HONORING DUKE LINEMEN

On the heels of National Lineworker Appreciation Day, Oldenburg natives Madison Deaton (age 10) and Annabel Deaton (age 9) created these works of art to honor the sacrifices, integrity and service of Indiana’s lineworkers. Their father, Cory Deaton, serves as a senior engineering technologist for Duke Energy in Greensburg. He’s been with the company for 20 years. The images are being displayed this weekend at the company’s 2024 Midwest Lineman’s Rodeo in Plainfield.
